I'm Sascha Genennig, 48 years old, business communications specialist, creative director, and since 2010 the managing director of G³NG kreativ-konzept.

My degree in Business Communications at HTW Berlin – which I completed as one of the top graduates in my year – gave me a perspective that's rare in agencies: I don't just think in design, I always think in terms of impact, target audience, and cost efficiency. A beautiful concept that blows the budget or misses the audience helps no one.

Before G³NG, I sat on both sides of the table: as an account manager at Müller Möller Bruss, one of Berlin's most respected advertising agencies, where I managed major clients including T-Systems, 3M, and the German Energy Agency (dena). And afterwards as Head of Marketing at Heinlein Support – on the client side, with a clear focus on budget, impact, and strategic fit. That combination shapes how I approach every project to this day.

Many of my clients send tasks in no particular order – sometimes late at night, sometimes as a half-finished idea. That's exactly how it should be. I'm able to quickly grasp complex situations, identify what matters, and develop a solution that works. No lengthy briefing processes, no endless revision cycles. Things should work the first time.

Over 15 years of experience as managing director means more than 720 completed projects. It means I've seen nearly every situation: startups building a complete identity from scratch, mid-sized companies finally getting a website that does their brand justice, businesses in rebranding with three stakeholders and four opinions.

Photography has been with me since childhood – a passion that has developed into professional competence over decades. Image editing, compositing, and retouching are skills I deepened during my studies and apply every day. Today I combine this hands-on foundation with modern AI-driven image production tools. That saves time and budget without any loss of quality.

My clients come from the SME sector: healthcare and nursing, security services, sports and retail, staffing, real estate, energy, and hospitality. Many of them have worked with me for over 10 years. That's the most honest quality rating an agency can receive.
